Counselling usually refers to shorter-term, more structured work which focusses on helping and supporting clients with common life problems or mental health issues, i.e. depression, anxiety, phobias, or relationship difficulties.
Psychotherapy focuses on working with clients longer-term and draws from insight into emotional problems and difficulties. It focuses on a deeper awareness of emotional issues and looks at the foundations of issues and problems.
I will try to respond to messages and calls within 24 -48 hours. Please check all inboxes, including junk mail, as I have been made aware that sometimes emails get sent there.
